Exeter is located in the Southwest of England. It is situated on the River Exe in the county of Devonshire.

| The £225 million redevelopment of Princesshay is now well underway with
Land Securities in partnership with Exeter City Council constructing
530,000 sq ft in a mix of new shops, residential apartments, cafes and

multi-story car park will be built, together with the provision of 240
